How the RMIS Traceability App collects, uses, stores, and shares information.
The RMIS Traceability App supports livestock traceability workflows and integration with Datamars devices and Datamars-approved backend systems (including RMIS traceability services).
“Datamars”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the parties responsible for the App’s operation within the relevant deployment, which may include Datamars and its implementation partner(s). “You” refers to an App user.

Datamars does not determine how RMIS or other third-party systems use or process data once transmitted.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including secure transmission, access controls, and restricted administrative access.
The App may store data locally on your device to support offline workflows. This data is synchronized when connectivity is available and may remain on-device until successfully synced or cleared by app processes.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide traceability services, meet operational requirements, and comply with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and audit needs.
